Last week Amazon.co.uk made available the various New Blood releases there are going to be — amongst them the Deluxe Edition (a photo-book including the concert DVD and Blu-ray, the studio album and a live album). Now I see they've taken it out. This is/was the direct link:

Gone. However, they haven't canceled my pre-order, yet the item is unavailable when I try to access it through my "Open orders" page. Anyone have any information about this? I e-mailed Amazon about it, waiting for them to reply.
