Any rumors on when a new PG album of original music might be released? Maybe in the next couple of years?

In either the current or previous Full Moon Video Peter did say that he was eager to get back in to the studio and working on NEW songs. He sounded enthusiastic about it and I had the impression he'd already started writing stuff.
I/O is probably dead in the water now or archived/postponed. That was a possible alternative title for UP, which seems to have been adopted by fans for the unreleased songs, which Peter had originally planned to release "within 18 months" of Up coming out! Oh well.

HALLO TO ALL !
sure We will need a Big - Box -set from Peter with unreleased tracks, alternate take, missing live video and so on ! Every Big has made it (except for the Rolling Stones.)
What do you think about it ? -Stefano

Alex S is right. He said in January's update that he's excitde to get back to original material, and has started assembling ideas already (or words to that effect). BUT we're on PG TIME here.!!

If PG gets an album of new material out by 2015 we'll be lucky. He seems to (emphasis on seems) have absolutely no motication to do so. He's rich, he seems to have immersed himself in family life and charity work and you have to wonder if he even gives a flying fart anymore about making music.
I/O seems to have gone into myth, like "Son of OVO" and the R & B album. (Anyone remember PG chatting excitedly about THAT?)
But an "Odds & Sods" would be an excellent alternative to nothing.

Pardon - that should be *motivation*, not motication.

Hey, Peter has said in the monthly videos that he'd like to deal with new material, so we can hope something will be released sooner that 2015 :-]

I wouldn't count on that Eva. He's said "he'd like to deal with new material" in many many many monthly updates over the last few years, didn't he? :-]
But well, sooner or later.something WILL come out.

Uhm, yup Mr Beef. That's what he said himself once. When he compared making an album to eating a lot. :-] How did you know I quoted that?

. . . Soil - I guess it's just the inevitable consequence of a decade(s) of musical constipation. . . plus I have retained the sense of humour of a ten year old - possibly my greatest achievement. PG must need to release something by now - how long can he hold on?
