Well, Javier, whenever PG is questioned by journalists/ newspapers about when I/O comes out, he says, "It'll come out when it's damn well good and ready."
PG is not ready to release I/O and won't until he feel likes it. If it's released by 2020, we'll be lucky. I don't work for Real World but after being a fan since 1986, some of PG's behavior can be predictable.
