I think "Shed my skin" is not too good,so I agree with this with Style.But "I kicked the habit"( doing this) is good,so I agree with PJ!I mean,it's a bit contradictory,PJ,because if sheding his skin is good why should he kick this habit?

Shedding of skin denotes changing of ways - out with the old in with the new which is usually positive. Kicking the habit is good as well, that's why this is the new stuff and I go dancing in.
