Does anyone know what happened to the album I/O that was supposed to be released in November 2004 (I think)?

It will be out probably in 2020
All I know is Peter's is still working on it and it will eventually come out. But Peter is into other projects too at the same time and he takes his time for each one of them. I hope it will be released this year, but I don't know if it's possible.

What I don't understand is why he can't take the time to sit down and complete the new record. It seems to me he for a long time has had a great pool of songs or ideas to songs that could make a great album. It is not necessarily a correlation between time used and greatness - all we want is some glimpse of the meaning of the universe unfolded in a period.
