So I read something on the net about a year ago saying that PG was possibly going to release OVO as a new package with all of the songs in their now finished form. Since he was under a deadline to release the album for the Millenium Show songs like White Ashes did not have the finalized words but have resurfaced in his Still Growing Up Concert tours. I would love to hear a studio version of him doing songs like Make Tomorrow, The Time of the Turning and Downside Up. Another thought I had was that he had to have done full length demos with his vocals for practice purposes for the guest artists to learn their parts on the original album. I would love it if he put that out as an album or released some of the tracks here on his website under the Full Moon Club login.

There have been rumors for a couple of years that "Son Of OvO" will be released - a new version of OvO with PG singin ALL (!) the lead vocals. However, the romors have been quiet for quite a long time so I guess that this project has died the silent death of so many of Gabriel's ideas.

This would be a fantastic addition to the PG collection. A PG / Melody "only" lead vocal version with remixes and finalized versions would be well worth working on. The Tower that Ate People has only improved with age, the various live versions are some of my favorite Gabriel works. I can only imagine what the rest of the tracks could become.
