I've not heard these in years

David Rhodes and Rich Evans came in all bouncing with energy today, which is great as long as I'm in the right mood.

Great to have them in as now Angie can start playing through with some of our new sounds. They went right in and began knocking the cobwebs off the old songs.

Jeff Alison is doing some great ground work for us, and Pete Lorimer just needs a bit more time with Jeff, then he can be getting on with things on his own.

David and Rich want to play marimbas for 'Intruder' and 'No Self Control', so we are bringing one in to try on Saturday. Then they need as many PG vocals to play along with before he comes into work next week - so we have to go and make live sessions for them to work with.

Again I had to do more work on this ****** CD, so we are behind again as far as sounds go, but my assistant Dan along with Jeff and Pete are all helping carry on programming while I sort out other music stuff. We are all making a great team. I even had Real World Studios head engineer Marco doing some Pro Tools work to day.

Just starting to look at 'Indigo' and 'Not One Of Us'.... liking all these old songs, I've not heard these in years. PG is the same, he said the other day that 'No Self Control' is one of his best, and after hearing him play it - just him and piano - I would tend to agree.

Just spoke to PG who is on the way to the airport, he is ordering us to take all of Sunday off...So always do what the boss says .. right? I feel like I could sleep for a week . . . zzzzz RC
